Purchasing Used Equipment Indicators

When you buy used equipment there are a couple of indicators that can help you make a decision. First does the contractor generally have a well maintained fleet? Also do their operators generally take good care of equipment on the jobsites? Are service records maintained? Do the filters have the dates of the last fluid changes?
